The sale concept involves the purchase of a 7,500 sq. m land plot, on which the network operator will build a supermarket that will comply with all the latest technologies. The building will include a commercial area, an area for employees, a canteen for employees, offices for directors, storage rooms, a hall for equipment, an unloading and loading tunnel.

After 30 years, the supermarket building becomes the property of the owner of the plot.

Lease term: 30 years.
The term of mandatory execution of the contract: 10 years.
Rental amount: €282,000/year.
