It is a level 3 protected building, according to the registry of the City of Valencia. In 2021, a complete reconstruction was carried out with the replacement of all engineering and technical communications and the preservation of the historical facade. The building is located 100 meters from the entrance to Valencia, on the A7/V31 highway, which is one of the main roads connecting the entire Mediterranean part of Spain.
