The developer's partners are well-known companies Knight Frank and Homecare Rental & Service, both specialize in renting and managing villas in Phuket.
To receive rental service, you need to purchase a furniture package and one of a set of rental accessories, including cutlery, glasses, kitchen utensils, etc.
A set of accessories greatly simplifies inventory accounting in the villa and, therefore, reduces costs.
