Near the house, there are many shops, cafes, and other socially significant infrastructures. 12 km. from Mahmutlar is the center of Alanya, to which guests can independently get by public transport.

Housing is fully equipped for your comfortable rest and stay.
The apartment has new appliances, modern furniture, new repairs, and dignity. Appliances, free Wi-Fi, all necessary utensils, bedding.
The apartment consists of one bedroom and a living room (American-style kitchen-studio). The sofa, located in the living room, is laid out in a full berth. Also, on the balcony, there is a folding sofa, which, if desired, can be used as an additional sleeping area.

Rental price:
From 01 July to 31 October: 250 Euro/week; 860 Euro/month.
From 01 November to 30 April: 200 Euro/week; 520 Euro/month.

Guests will additionally need to pay:
• One-time cleaning services - 30 Euro.
• Security deposit (deposit) - 100 Euro.
• The cost of payment does not include costs for electricity and water consumption.

Pets are not allowed. No smoking. No parties/events.
Check-in and check-out times are agreed flexibly, by agreement with guests.
