DAMAC Lagoons Venice is a new luxury complex in Dubai, created in the likeness of Venetian man—made canals and lagoons. It is part of DAMAC Lagoons — a large-scale residential real estate project on an area of 4.2 million m2, where you can buy a villa or a townhouse. The construction of the complex is planned to be completed in 2024.

Architecture
Each two-storey villa DAMAC Lagoons Venice will have 6-7 spacious bedrooms, personal parking spaces and a private swimming pool (some even with an artificial waterfall). All villas are presented with turnkey finishing.

Location
DAMAC Lagoons Venice is conveniently located near famous attractions — Dubai Golf City Golf Course, Trump International Golf Park and Dubai Investments Park business Center.

The nearest public transport stop is 350 m away, or a 4—minute walk. In 5 minutes you can go to the Emirates Road — the exit to it is 2 km from the complex. It takes 30 minutes by car to get to the sea, beaches and the Dubai Marina Marina. The international airport is a 40-minute drive away.

A 2-minute walk from the complex there is a public transport stop. A bus route connects the island and Jabal Ali Metro Station, which can be reached directly in 15 minutes. From there, residents will be able to get to the desired area of the city without traffic jams.

Infrastructure
Residents of DAMAC Lagoons Venice Villas will have exclusive access to the rich infrastructure of the quarter. Cafes and restaurants on the embankments, boutiques and clubs for residents will open here. The territory of the quarter will be covered with man-made channels, around which sandy beaches will be equipped. And on the lagoon itself, you can take water rides on gondolas, as in Italian Venice.

Residents of the villas are also free to use swimming pools and spas, gyms, beauty salons and a cinema on the water. It will be possible to snorkel in the lagoon water area, and barbecue in equipped picnic areas on the sandy beach.
