Condominium Bentley Residences Sunny Isles

Bentley Residences is the world's first residential project under the famous Bentley brand, which is being developed by Dezer Development in partnership with Bentley Motors in Miami.

The more than 60-story tower, nearly 230 meters (749 feet) high, will rise from the golden-colored Sunny Isles Beach on the Atlantic Ocean to become the city's tallest tower. The cylindrical shape of the building will provide wide-angle views of the Atlantic Ocean, Biscayne Bay, nearly all of Sunny Isles Beach from each Bentley premium apartment, and additional views of neighboring coastal cities from the upper floors. An innovative diamond tile with a 50% mirror coating on the entire surface of the building will allow you to see the magnificent skyscraper from a distance of several kilometers in sunny weather.

Situated on 3.6 acres of coastal land, the condominium will offer over 200 residences, each of which will include a multi-place garage. You do not have to leave your car in the parking lot, meet with the valet or neighbors: you can go up from the street to the apartment directly in the car using an ultra-high-speed car lift. The gates of the sky-high garage will open as you approach the residence, and a few steps along the excellent tiled surface will lead you to the design apartments, from where you can admire your car collection through transparent walls. If you would like to have a coffee in the bar downstairs, a car lift will take your car to the residence automatically. The ascent speed to most of the residences is less than a minute, and you will get to the "heavenly" apartments at a bird's eye view by car in 1 minute and 10 seconds. A passenger elevator will take you to any apartment in a skyscraper in less than a minute.

FEATURES OF RESIDENCES

The developer Dezer Development, led by Gil Deser will combine the luxury of a car and the luxury of a home at Bentley Residences at the highest levels of Bentley's premium standards. Every detail of the residences will be carefully thought out to surround the residents of the elegant tower not only with cutting-edge comfort but also with royal sophistication. All residences ranging from 325 to 835 square meters will include:

BUILDING FACILITIES

The creators of Bentley Residences have taken care of each resident, incorporating several hundred square meters of all kinds of amenities in the condominium, organized according to the standards of world-class resort complexes. The tower will contain:

The unique architectural design was developed by Sieger Suarez Architects, which includes elite buildings over 450 meters (1,500 feet) high. The concept of public areas was created on the basis of the European aristocracy in a modern rethinking.

The interiors will feature Armani/Casa furniture that meets Bentley and Dezer Development standards. Inspired by the understated luxury of Armani/Casa, Gil Dezer has built another luxury condominium, Residences by Armani/Casa, an extension of Armani's contemporary Italian luxury. The developer's portfolio also includes a similar "automotive" project — the Porsche Design Tower, also located on Sunny Isles Beach. It was during the construction process of the Porsche that Deser developed and patented the car lift, dubbed as "dezervator".

Bentley Residences will combine Dezer's previous projects, taking the best of both exclusive towers. In the new skyscraper, the developer will take into account the smallest inconveniences seen in previous condominiums and optimize what prevented early projects from becoming the perfect work of constructing art.

Bentley Residences will be built to Florida Environmental Building Council standards. Environmentally friendly materials will be used during the construction, and it is also planned to reduce energy costs in comparison with other skyscrapers of a similar class.
