The demand significantly exceeds the supply in the real estate market of Burgas. Despite the crisis associated with the COVID-19, market professionals recognized the past year 2020 as one of the best in terms of investment, writes Pariteni.bg.
The publication cites as the main reason the fact that prices in 2020 remained close to the level of 2019. At the same time, banks offered good interest rates. A similar trend is observed right now. The demand for real estate has increased by 35%, but real estate prices are rising.
According to the broker Raya Velcheva, people prefer apartments with all modern amenities.
"The price has definitely changed. Perhaps, we will see a price increase of more than 15% at the end of the year. When there is a large demand, it turns out that the supply decreases. At the moment, almost every broker has on average about 10-12 buyers for whom it can not find a suitable property, " she said in an interview.
According to realtors, buyers are currently looking for properties in the green zone. Besides the center of Burgas, they are interested in the Meden Rudnik district.
"In recent years, the infrastructure and appearance of the area has changed a lot. Perhaps Meden Rudnik is one of the most popular areas for young families. Those people who lived in the center for many years, began to move to the Sarafovo district. We are very interested in land plots and houses in the area of the city of Burgas, within a radius of more than 30 km, " explains Raya Velcheva.
Representatives of the industry noted that now the interest rates of banks are very good, and 60% of buyers prefer to buy real estate in Burgas on credit.
