Top-6 European capitals by rental rate growth
Valletta, Malta +11.1%
Vilnius, Lithuania +10%
Warsaw, Poland +9.2%
Copenhagen, Denmark +8.7%
Stockholm, Sweden +7.4%
Athens, Greece +6.9%

According to the Spotahome Regional Manager in the UK and Ireland Nadia Butt, the reduction in the cost in some European metropolises is good news for those international tenants, who already live there, regardless of the size of the decline.
