Prices of dwellings in new residential buildings in Montenegro have fallen on a quarterly basis, but have increased year on year

What has happened? According to the latest data provided by Montenegro Statistical Office (Monstat), the average price per square meter of dwellings in new residential building in Montenegro in the first quarter 2023 was €1 341. This is 4.15% less than in the previous quarter, but 5.67% more than a year earlier.

Regions. In Podgorica, the average cost per square meter was €1,407, in the coastal region - €1,392, in the central region - €611, and in the north of the country - €1,201.
