The average cost of a four-room chalet at 23 popular ski resorts has increased by 5.8% over the year to June 2022.

According to a report from Knight Frank called Sky Property Report 2023, the average cost of a four-room chalet at 23 popular ski resorts increased by 5.8% over the year to June 2022. This is the fastest pace in the last eight years.
