According to the Swiss State Secretariat for Migration, starting from May 2, all travelers, regardless of their country of origin, will be allowed unhindered entry into Switzerland.

What does it mean? Currently, all travelers must have a valid certificate of vaccination or recovery to enter Switzerland. However, from May 2, tourists will no longer need these documents.
Context. The Swiss authorities made this decision, taking into account the indicators of infection and vaccination. According to WHO, just over 14,500 new cases of coronavirus infection have been registered in the country over the past seven days. According to the Swiss Federal Office of Public Health, as of April 19, Switzerland had administered a total of 15,664,046 doses of the vaccine.
