MULTI-RESIDENTIAL BUSINESS BUILDING IN THE CENTER OF SLOVENSKE BISTRICE

The multi-apartment town hall on Partizanska Street has a rich history. As early as 1917, the older part of the building was designed for catering, room service and trade

Between 1959 and 1993, when the business part with the inn and shop was nationalized, the activity of room-building, which had been present in the house since 1939, further developed and increased. During the mature life of the nationalized building, which was owned by the municipality, many activities were carried out, from catering, roomkeeping, trade in fabric and customs goods, photography, confectionery, manufacturing, to tea, watchmaking, TV mechanics, shoemaking, printing and office activities and warehouses for various purposes. The house had to constantly adapt to different needs, for which the current owners often renovated it and changed its appearance.

It is built in the shape of the letter U. In the middle is a paved courtyard, accessible from the main street and where parking for several vehicles is arranged.

The building permit for the newer work dates back to 1982, when part of the outbuilding in the courtyard of the central building was suitable for demolition and a new residential building of floors P + 1 was erected. In this part there is a 6 bedroom apartment on the first floor and 3 apartments on the ground floor (two are currently combined into one residential unit).

The older part includes guest rooms on the upper floors, bathrooms, toilets, 4-room apartment (needs renovation), arranged vaulted basement, pantry, basement and ground floor, which has undergone a radical renovation for modern business premises (in 1994 - tea room, retail space).

RECENT PART:

Roof replaced in 2008
Facade, joinery last 2013
Energy change, city gas

OLDER PART:

Roof replaced in 1995
Facade and joinery 2014
Pellet and gas heating
Partially renovated electrical wiring

PLOT:

The interesting thing about the two additional plots at the back of the building is that they are separated by the walls of the city castle.

In nature, they represent a vegetable garden and a green area with three auxiliary facilities (storage, chicken coop, canopy for two vehicles). Additional accessibility is arranged through the easement at the back of the plot, which is part of the historic property - Grasl Tower.

Today, the property is flawless and with minor interventions ready for the immediate operation of a residential or commercial lease.
