Damac Lagoons
The whole project will be divided into 8 thematic clusters, each of which will be made in the style of various Mediterranean locations. These include:
- Santorini is the central cluster of the Damac Lagoons residential community. Its theme colors are white and blue in accordance with the colors of the Greek island of the same name.
- Portofino is a work and entertainment center.
- Andalusia is a cluster focused on women. It will provide all the amenities for the female half of the community.
- Tangier is a center of peace and tranquility. Yoga clubs will work here, there will be many parks. Its colors are green and white.
- Venice is a floating city, made in the theme of Venice, with its classical architecture of stone and wood.
- Malta is a cluster of science and childhood. The main emphasis in it will be placed on training the younger generation in IT technologies.
- Nice – here you can plunge into the flavor of France. Many beaches and reservoirs are planned. The cluster will be made in pastel colors.
- Costa Brava is a space of nature and adventure. The main colors of the cluster are blue, beige and white.
