Project, which won Europe's Best Urban Renewal Project award, was implemented as an urban renewal project in Tarlabaşı, Beyoğlu. Project rising on Tarlabasi Boulevard consists of 9 islands. Project Residence project, where historical buildings have been restored and reinterpreted with contemporary architecture, draws attention with its location.

Project, has the distinction of being the first and largest urban renewal project that takes place via partnership of public-private partnership.
