Exclusively valuable marble and granite rocks, Philippe Starck, Teuco plumbing, etc. were used for finishing bathrooms.

The attic was renovated in 2008 in a modern style. There is an entrance hall, a spacious library of several rooms, a guest bathroom, a kitchen area, a guest bedroom with a bathroom, as well as a terrace on the sunny side. The attic can be used as an office, an office or an independent apartment.
