PURCHASE SEQUENCE
1. Signing of an agreement on a future apartment purchase agreement.
2. Payment of 20% of the cost of the apartment up to 10 days from the signing of the contract under paragraph 1.
3. Payment of the remaining 80% of the cost of the apartment after the delivery and acceptance of the house and apartments by the state commission.
4. Signing an apartment purchase agreement – transferring the ownership of the apartment from the developer to the buyer.
5. Acceptance of a new apartment.
We will provide pre-purchase and post-purchase service, constant contact with the developer, legal completion of the purchase process, control over the installation of apartment equipment, ordering and installing the desired furniture, concluding contracts with utility providers after the apartment is delivered and accepted.
There is an opportunity to buy ready-made apartments. Their current owners bought them, but for various reasons they sell them - they move to a larger apartment or change their place of residence. The finished apartments are fully equipped, many have furniture and a kitchen.
Currently, several ready-made 2 and 3–room apartments are being sold in the SLNETZNICE complex at a price from 140,000 to 180,000 euros with parking spaces outside and in the garage. The price depends on the area, equipment of the apartment and furniture.
You can live in these apartments right away. After the purchase, you can register a company or sole proprietor at the address of the apartment and get a residence permit.
