our project consists of 5 blocks of 4 floors and 72 apartments on a plot of land
with an area of 7100 m2, fully owned by our company,
located at ada 446, parsel 4, oba district. distance to the sea 2.5
km.
in accordance with the agreement concluded by our company with the bank
"kuwait-Turk", we provide our clients with credit opportunities for
favorable rates and deadlines even at the construction stage. according to
with suitable conditions, a loan in Turkish lira can be used,
euro €, US dollars, and our clients can apply for
title documents for property (tapu).
the apartments in the project are already ready with tapu "kat yrtifakı", which can be
reissue to the buyer at any time.
in the immediate vicinity of our project there are 4 private
college (Bahcesehir College, College of American Culture,
waldorf schools, college of life design), 1 kindergarten belonging to
municipality of Alanya; migros, bım, a101 and many local chain stores;
equestrian club; metro hypermarket; and behind it a new state hospital.
there are 10 apartments in blocks a-b-d-e, and in each of these blocks
there are 2 garden duplexes with private pools and a garden, 1 apartment
1+1, 4 apartments 3+1, 2 duplex penthouses 4+1 and duplex penthouse 2+1. block b has
only one garden duplex.

there are 32 apartments in block c: 12 units 2+1, 12 units 1+1, 4 duplex-
