We sell a stone house in the old center of Medulin, built in 1890.
It consists of a paved courtyard, the main house and an auxiliary building.
The house was completely renovated in the summer of 2008.
The roof, floors, walls, doors, windows, bathrooms, kitchen, landscaped garden and house have been completed.
Work was also carried out on the preparation of the pool.
The main house consists of a living room, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, then an external staircase leads to the mezzanine floor to an external terrace without fencing, and a further staircase on the ground floor leads to a second living room with a bedroom and a bathroom. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor – the attic, where there is another bedroom that can be used as a game room or study.
The auxiliary building consists of one room serving as a guest bedroom. There is also a bathroom next to the front door of the house.
