* When booking, 30% is paid in advance of the cost of the planned stay. If the reservation is canceled less than 45 days before arrival, the deposit is not refundable.
* Upon arrival, a security deposit of 500€ is due. The security deposit is returned upon departure of the guests, taking into account possible damage caused to the property.
* Cleaning is paid extra. Final cleaning is paid before arrival - 250€. Cleaning on request - 15€ per hour.
