  • first installment - 40% of the value of the preliminary contract, after deduction of the deposit within 30 days after signing the preliminary contract;
  • second installment - 25% of the value of the preliminary contract up to 3 months after the first installment;
  • third installment - 25% of the value of the preliminary contract up to 3 months after the second installment;
  • fourth installment - 10% of the value of the preliminary contract under Act 15 or upon signing the notary deed;

The payment scheme is flexible and can be changed according to the client.
