The regional center Shavnik is 8 km away, the second largest city of Montenegro Niksic is 37 km away. It takes about 1.5 hours by car to reach the coast.
In 10 minutes drive is a small ski area with a ski elevator, and just 32 km away is a large ski resort "Savin Kuk" in the town of Zabljak.
The ecologically clean area allows you to engage in agriculture, both cattle breeding and cultivation of fruit trees. Now on the plot grows several fruit trees - apple, plum. There is not much snow in winter. As an option, you can organize the production of meat delicacies, buying from local hunters meat of wild animals and livestock.
