Apartments in the NUPPU new building of the Finnish developer YIT are modern housing with a "Finnish accent".

NUPPU in Finnish means “bud", “bud". It symbolizes an object that has everything – the services of a modern European city and at the same time silence and greenery in the inner blocks. .

Payment
20% advance payment when signing the contract.
80% after the construction of the house and putting the apartments into operation.

The price of the apartments includes standard equipment – utility networks, doors, windows, parquet, sanitary equipment. The buyer can order non-standard equipment. In this case, the buyer will pay the difference between the price of non-standard and standard equipment. The owner of the apartment buys furniture and kitchen on his own, we will help.

The buyer pays the commission to the realtor. The first half of the payment is made on the day of the conclusion of the purchase agreement or the reservation agreement of the apartment, the second half – on the day of acceptance of the apartment.

We will provide pre-purchase and post-purchase service, constant contact with the developer, legal completion of the purchase procedure, ordering and installing the necessary furniture, concluding contracts with utility service providers after the delivery and acceptance of the apartment.
