Construction and completion dates:
There is a construction permit, which will begin in the second quarter of 2023. The ostentatious three- and four-bedroom residences will be available for private viewing at the end of 2023. The project is expected to be fully completed in the fourth quarter of 2025.
Ownership plans:
Both free property (with separate ownership) and rental are available. The villas are sold as a free property for Thai citizens. For foreign citizens, a lease is available for a period of 30 years, with the possibility of extension for two consecutive terms of 30 years. Condominiums are sold as registered under the Condominium Act of Thailand.
