The Sharden Villa Hotel opened in 2012 in the very center of Tbilisi between Kote Uphazi and Sharden streets. From the point of view of location, it is an ideal place for tourists, since the main historical sights of Tbilisi are within walking distance: Narikala, Metekhi, sulfur baths, Sioni, the cable car to Narikala and to the monument to the Mother of Georgia, Rustaveli Avenue, Sharden streets and so on.

There are 22 rooms in the hotel itself (3 of them are twin rooms with separate beds, and two suites, the rest have the possibility of double and single accommodation). On the ground floor there is a reception and a lobby bar, on the second and third floors there are rooms. On the fourth floor there is a terrace with a 360-degree view of old Tbilisi. On the terrace there is a breakfast area and a kitchen. Panoramic windows-doors can be completely pushed apart in summer. In addition, there are two-room apartments on the terrace, which can be used as a room or for other purposes (at the moment, for example, these are the apartments of the owners of the hotel).
