The hotel was build in 2014 in a resort town Sutomore with a full legal package (fully legalized). The place area is 602 m2 and the hotel area is 1454m2. The hotel has its own beach on the Adriatic shore.

The hotel building is eight stories high and equipped with two different elevators (one with a panoramic view for the guests and another one for the staff). There are twenty two bookable units consisting of two luxury suites, six half-luxe and fourteen standard rooms. The ground floor features a comfortable reception area and a waiting area. The hotel has panoramic sea view and a great outlook at the mountains. The hotel is fully furnished and equipped. It is accommodating a large volume of tourists every year, even with some returning guests.

The hotel area also features an open pool with a sunbathing area. There is also a spa area with a closed pool. The ground floor is also equipped with a restaurant kitchen, restaurant terrace capable of sitting up to 56 people, the enclosed sitting for up to 100 people, buffet area and a lobby-bar. There is a dedicated and equipped playground for kids.
