Retail Invest Factory, SL is a company specializing in asset management and real estate investment.
Our work has two main components, which are divided into two departments. The first one is engaged in the implementation of retail premises: assistance to leading brands and large companies, as well as individuals in finding a property or tenant that best suits their needs. The second department is engaged in investment management, due to which investments are directed to premises, buildings, and commercial warehouses, both with assets without tenants and with profitability.
We are also the first partner of the expansion of the most important supermarket chains in Spain.
Retail Invest Factory, SL was founded by young entrepreneurs who, since 2013, together with their team of professionals, have been managing the real estate of various family offices, private equity, national and international companies.
