Mogila village is located in a karst area with many springs and surrounding forest. It is part of Snhumen municipality and is only 10 km from the highway Varna-Shumen. The village is located on land that is part of Provadia plateau. The region has remains of three Thracian settlements and a Thracian fortress. There is a preserved part of Roman road from the era of the Roman Empire.
This is two-storey house with total built-up size 60 sq.m and a yard space of 1000 sq.m. It is located in calm area, close to the village center.
1st floor consists of 2 spacious basement premises that could be converted to tavern.
2nd floor consist of 3 bedrooms and a common corridor.
The house is solid, furnished and needs some repair works to be completed. The yard is sapcious and planted with 6 apricot trees.
RESERVATION AND AGENCY COMMISSION
You could reserve this house immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer.
Upon paying the deposit the house will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract.
SUPRIMMO charges 3% agency commission (but not less than 1000 Euro), payable at signing of the Preliminary contract.
