The complex consists of 2 apartment blocks designed to the highest standard of finishing. It has amenities comparable to a 4 star luxury hotel. Rila Park is located just 100 meters from the pistes of Yasterbets skiing area (1 minute walk or less than a minute skiing) and the elite boutique Yastrebets Hotel considered by many to be the most luxurious place to stay in the resort.
The studio apartment is on the fourth floor with a balcony. It's offered for sale unfurnished ready to be furnished in order to live or rent out it out. The apartment has a total area of 45.22 sq.m. and it comprises of open plan kitchen with dining area and cozy living area, bathroom with WC. The apartment is south-east faced and the the views are stunning.
All expense for maintenance of common area and management of the property are paid for 2010/2011.
