The object is a residential plot of land in the village of Anarita, Paphos district. The site is located at a distance of about 750 meters southwest of the community center and about 1 km east of the Paphos - Limassol highway. The plot has a regular shape and a flat surface. Along the southern border of the site there is a public road (Dimitriou Andrea Street), 46 meters long. The site belongs to the residential area H5a with a building density of 35%. It should be noted that the site is included in the consolidation zone.
