We have 6 good sized bedrooms, 5 on the 3rd floor and 1 on the first (ground) floor. 1st floor bedroom has a marble floor (Botticino Classico), high-wall television multiple Internet jacks, and a full wall (Rosa del Garda) and floor (Botticino Classico) marble adjoining bathroom with high end fixtures (Hansgrohe) including a bidet and rainshower based 2 meter long oversized bathtub.

Of the five bedrooms on the 3rd floor, 3 bedrooms each have private, full bathrooms adjacent thereto. One of these 3 bedrooms also has a large walk-in closet. Our other two 3rd floor bedrooms also have adjacent private rooms attached which are plumbed-in for bathrooms, but we have yet to install fixtures and are using them as walk-in closets.

3rd floor includes a spacious washer dryer hookup area (another on first floor) for convenience. 3rd floor hallway includes a very large linens closet for bedding and storage.

3rd floor hallway flooring and one bedroom is engineered quality hardwood (Oak) with hand-crafted, massive wood doors of highest quality construction.

All bedrooms on the 3rd floor are pre-wired for Internet (two jacks in each room) plus wall mount television. We have the same service installed throughout our home with two large outdoor satellite antennas configured with 3 receivers aimed at 3 euro satellites.

All rooms are fully furnished from high end suppliers around the world. Virtually nothing was locally sourced as it is well beyond local price range capabilities. We would consider selling furniture along with the villa.

Our stairs are constructed from walnut (Kahrs) with wider planks throughout the house. Windows and balcony double doors through out the house are from high end Pella (an American company) with built in sashes (shades) with three panes of glass.

Second floor (one floor above ground floor) includes a formal living room, family room, piano room, formal dining room, full kitchen (with side room pantry), bathroom, library (with two adjacent small offices) and a sitting area.

Dining and piano room have a cappucino finished ash hardwood. High end lighting in both rooms from best Czech and Spanish handcrafting. Zebra and Wenge wood furnishings. Exclusive leather seating in formal living area.

Second floor hallway includes spanish lighting plus Kahrs walnut flooring. Doors are highest quality, stylish white solid wood.

First floor we have a second full kitchen, an exercise room with high end equipment, a sauna staging room, a sauna and steam shower area, theatre room, three bathrooms (one each for the sauna, 1st floor bedroom, and hallway), work room and wine/pantry room designed for a natural cooling temperature via deep earth foundation construction. Kitchen has imported Brazilian granite countertops. Cabinets are high end German works. The aforementioned bedroom and bathroom are also on this 1st (ground) floor.

First floor also includes an impressive utility room that drives underfloor heating throughout the villa. We have air ventilation system with built in air duct work through out also. The ventilation system can be fitted for heating and cooling (not really needed) as a backup to the underfloor heating system. We also have an electric closet hosting the fully rewired villa's distribution panel along with central security and fire alarm system wherein a fire in one room will send alerts throughout the home and to our cell phones. Can also be delivered to an outside monitoring company should you prefer.

First floor hallway, kitchen and utility room plus electrical closet have marble flooring which involves a jura gelb and travertin noche offset checkerboard pattern. Sauna staging room has botticino classico flooring as does the lead in area into the sauna and the steam shower room plus WC. The walls in the lead in area are Rosa Verona marble. Sauna wood is non-alergenic, poplar wood with abachi benches and Harvia heating unit. Sauna shower is pretty large with a long bench. Walls, including bench, ceiling and floor in the steam room are marble arranged in designed light and dark-brown patterns.

Two car garage and an independently standing large, rustic cabin which includes two bedrooms, two baths and two large living areas.

The villa is quite large and recently completely remodelled from nearly ground up. Unfortunately, pictures do not do justice to the villa.

Our construction goals were not for intended resale (we were planning to live here forever) so we put only top quality materials that far exceed our asking price.
