The modern residential complex "Florence Khamsin" is located 1 km away. from the tourist center of Hurghada Sheraton street. In the immediate vicinity there are luxury hotels, shops, an equipped public beach promenade, cafes, and restaurants. The sea is only 200 meters away, the public beach is 500 meters away. Also, homeowners have free use of the equipped beach and the entire infrastructure of the Scandic Resort 5* complex on the 1st line, which has the most picturesque reef in Hurghada. The studio is issued 4 personalized passes to the beach.
The complex has all the necessary infrastructure for a comfortable life and recreation: 3 swimming pools, a gym, playgrounds, 24-hour security with a pass system, various shops, restaurants, cafes. The management company maintains perfect order in the premises of the complex and the surrounding area. Services are provided for cleaning apartments and ordering transfers to the airport.
The studio is fully furnished, there is the necessary furniture (2 beds, 1 folding sofa, bed linen, pillows, blankets, a blanket, a wardrobe, an equipped kitchen with dishes, a wall, a table and chairs in the loggia), appliances and equipment for living and renting (TV, refrigerator, washing machine, water heater, iron, dryer). The studio has air conditioning for cooling and heating. There is a storage water heater. Payment for water and electricity is made using magnetic cards. The service fee on my contract is £400 per year ($440). Later contracts were issued at a price of $700 per year for service. Property tax is 400 Egyptian pounds per year ($10).
