Plot on the lake shore
A very beautiful plot of land on the shore of Lake Saimaa, on a large island, which is connected by a bridge to other islands of the Saimaa archipelago. Access to the site by car.
Opposite the site is another island of the archipelago, between the islands there is a sea route for large yachts. It is possible to approach the coast of the site on a large yacht.

the place for the sauna is 2m from the shore.
The boundaries of the plot: there is only one neighbor, on the right, out of sight, 150-200m (a country cottage of a Finnish family living in Lapeenranta), there are no neighbors on the left, the coastline on Saimaa is 270 meters, the back side of the plot is a former field overgrown with birches, firs, etc. trees and shrubs. On the back side of the plot there are about 8ha of the old field.
There are old buildings on the site for demolition, the seller pays for the demolition.
