Sologne / Touraine (France) Castle historical
This property is located in the heart of Sologne, a region of woods and ponds renowned for its sumptuous hunting and properties, and on the banks of the Touraine and the Loire Valley with all its castles, symbols of the French way of life.

The water moat envelops a quadrangular platform formerly there were four corner towers. Today only one stands to the east.
The drawbridge, which has become dormant, leads to the postern framed by two towers. In the extension, a building houses in particular the vaulted guard room, part of the elements classified as Historic Monuments.
Once past the door, the medieval and defensive aspect of the north face gives way to an open and bright courtyard. The donjon impresses with its height. The facilities of the last century have brought comfort and functionality to this building with brick walls, built between the Middle Ages and Renaissance, arranged around a central staircase in a square tower. The monumental fireplaces of the dining room and living room are superb.
The consecrated chapel, luminous with its large stained-glass windows, is also classified.
On five levels, the living rooms give way over the floors to bedrooms and service rooms.
