Fantastic semi-detached villa of 135,91sqm located on the North-East of Corfu, in the area of Gimari.
It is built on a hill with splendid views of the sea overlooking the bay of Kalami and Kouloura.
An external staircase leads to the outside area, where is the pool and one of the things that are noticed immediately is the stunning view of the sea. The main entrance leads to the open-plan sitting-dining-kitchen area. The pool is easily accessed from there and the yard of the house, where the barbeque and an outside sitting area are found. There is always a pleasant summer breeze, which makes the stay more comfortable, especially during very hot summer days.
The property consists of 3 bedrooms of which the first on the same floor and the family bathroom is located just outside the room. An internal staircase leads to the other two bedrooms, which are located on the upper floor, with private balconies, and en-suite bathrooms, and once again the spectacular views of the sea and the area.
Most of the amenities are down by the beach or on the road that runs through the village, just behind the beach. The beach is mainly pebbles with sunbeds available to hire, there’s a couple of tavernas on the beach for refreshments and snacks throughout the day as well as the supermarkets.
Agni and Kalami are considered among the most beautiful European beaches, it's a jewel, a paradise with hot water and plenty of life and nature respect.
Corfu town and the airport are (approx) 23 km away.
