The property is in a quiet side street from Buzsak and is located in the hill country on the edge of Nagy-berek near the southern end of Lake Balaton, only a few kilometers from the Kaposvár-Fonyód railway line.
Road 6708 runs through the village Buzsak between Lengyeltóti and Nikla, which connects roads 6701 and 6704. Balaton (Fonyód) and Marcali can also be reached via these roads.
There is currently no building permit for this property.
A building permit can be submitted to the responsible department of the mayor´s office after submitting the corresponding planning documents and the officially approved building plan.
