It was built in 1923 as an elementary school for children from the surrounding villages, later serving as a guesthouse for the local administration. The Hungarian owners bought the house in 1996, and in the early 2000s they renovated living spaces and outbuildings to use it as a B&B hotel.
The house is ideal for setting up a self-sustainable family farm with a little renovation. It is only accessible by off-road vehicle through sandy meadows and forest trails.
The total land area is 15,000 m². Of these, 5,000 m² is a park with ancient trees around the house. It has been designed and includes old oaks, shrubs and other plants. The 500 m² main house is a solid building construction, rustic, renovated and fully furnished, reflecting the quiet rural lifestyle of the region. The house has two floors connected by wooden stairs. The house has its own water supply through two wells to groundwater (only one of them is currently in use).

Along with the site, it is possible to buy another 12 ha of agricultural land suitable for traditional or organic farming. This land is currently leased for arable land. The rent is 1,000 euros per year.
