Land in Sopron, Hungary, 942 sq.m

I sell a plot of land in the village of felsőcsatár, located in the West of Hungary, 18 kilometers from the administrative center of medje (region) Vas - cities of Szombathely (Szombathely). The border of the locality coincides with the state border of Austria and Hungary, and the locality itself is located in the so-called area "Alpokalia" (Weng. Alpokalja; literally: foot of the Alps). The region is a continuation of the Alps (German for Eastern Alps). Most of the region is a hilly area covered with fir and pine forests. The land area is 942 square meters – 9.5 acres, all communications (gas, water, electricity) are connected. The plot is fully ready for construction. On the back side of the plot (including on its territory), trees grow (the Forest is recognized as a protected area) and a spring flows from which you can draw water. The roads in the village are perfectly paved, the plot has access to the main street. Less than 200 meters from the site is the Pinka river, which originates from the mountains of Austria. The distance from the site itself to the Austrian border is 600 meters, as indicated above - the external border of the locality coincides with the border of the state. At the same distance as the border with Austria is the mountain "Eisenberg" (German), which is part of the Alps, although it does not have a great height – just over 410 meters (according to Wikipedia), it is divided by the aforementioned Pinka river. In the village and its surroundings there are many Vineyards, the region has been famous for wine-making since ancient times. So here is located "Szent Márton Pincészet Kft", which is a wine wholesaler. 50 km from the village (on the roads a little further) there is a nature reserve - "national Park Neusiedler see", consisting of a large fresh lake and forest, part of which is located in Hungary, part in Austria. Less than 80 km away (less than 1 hour by road) are the Austrian ski resorts " Sankt Jakob im Walde "and" Skilift Miesenbach " - and these are the nearest and not the only ski resorts, there are many of them at a distance of no more than 80 – 120 km from the village. Austria's capital, Vienna, is 150 km away, and the country's largest city after Vienna, Graz, is 110 km away. Since the settlement is located in the West of Hungary, it is located at a great distance from its capital – Budapest. The famous thermal resorts of heviza and lake Balaton are also 100 km away. And 44 km and 42 km away, respectively, are charvar and Buk-also thermal resorts. There are many other attractions in the surrounding area, such as the Cold war Museum, and the temple of ISIS (built during the Roman Empire, like Sobbathay itself) in szombathay.
