The town of Paratico is known all over the world thanks to the world-famous construction yards, which is facilitated by tourism, which has grown significantly since the 70s due to the location of the town on the shores of Lake Iseo, in the famous area of Franciacorta, currently known worldwide for the production of fine wines.
After 1000, the Lantieri family, the lords of these places, built themselves a castle, of which only a few traces remain, but according to an ancient tradition, confirmed by the "Chronicle of the Lantieri de Paratico family", Dante Alighieri stayed at the Lantieri castle, the image of which he then used to describe Purgatory in his "Divine Comedy".

On a hill overlooking the town and the lake, this villa was built, work on which began in 2005. The villa was built inside an old building in a neoclassical but absolutely modern style.

The house is divided into two separate properties, with a large room for celebrations and events with shared bathrooms and a wardrobe. Each has 4 bedrooms with their own bathrooms, an attic room used as a study or recreation area, a double living room and a kitchen.
