The Villa is located on top of a hill on the edge of the historic center of Civitella d’Agliano, about 100 km north of Rome and 23 km south of Orvieto.

The historic villa is located on a 10.2 hectare property and has been completely renovated. The original construction year dates back to about 350 years ago and boasts of its previous noble owner, a well-known princess. The walls of the villa are thick and the ceilings very high; on the ground floor there are portraits of well-known historical figures of the region. Despite the high summer temperatures, there is always a cool climate indoors; the terracotta and slate floors and the natural stone walls underline the original charm of the house.
