To get to the house, there are 2.2 km of dirt road surrounded by meadows and centuries-old oaks, and as you drive along it you have a lovely view. Within a 30-minute drive are beautiful towns such as Montepulciano, Cortona, Arezzo, Orvieto and Perugia.
