Masterpiece of Bauhaus
We offer a private house built in the tradition of minimalism and functionalism. Located in a quiet and the most prestigious district of Riga - Mezaparks. The building has a tape-solid foundation and concrete overlay. The walls are built of concrete block, insulated with rock wool, plastered and partially finished with tinted decorative wooden planks. Room dividers are constructed from building blocks, plastered and painted. Building windows and glass facades made of aluminum profiles and facade systems Shucco. Almost all the rooms are air-conditioned with LG climate control. The house has an automated gas heating (boiler Suprastar Junker), two fireplaces, as well as centralized water supply and sanitation. Interior of the house is made of natural high-quality materials (stone, wood, glass), furniture, plumbing, heating elements and lighting equipment are very exclusive as well.
