Description

KADO KARIM - a modern residential complex, which is not analogous to the Baltics. A team of professionals has been set up to bring it to life, the world's best companies have been invited, and have used the latest development technologies in architecture and design. The author is the world-renowned American designer Karim Rashid, one of the ten most sought after designers in the world. The main architect of the project is a professor - Andis Sīlis.

KADO KARIM - the only project in Latvia, which is the luxury living accommodation in Eastern Europe as part of the Rolls & Royce anniversary book. It was released at the beginning of 2015 in honor of the 90th anniversary of the Rolls-Royce Phantom car.

KADO KARIM is a world-class closed residential complex, which is located in a very exclusive and convenient location. Just in the center of Jurmala, Dzintari, a 3-minute walk from the sea, the Dzintari Concert Hall and Jomas Street Promenade. The complex is hidden in a quiet quarter, the territory of which borders on the well-maintained Dzintari mezaparks, intended for both active and relaxing lovers.

KADO KARIM - the highest class suites with Baltic-style durability and flawless sense of style, in addition to a safe, relaxed atmosphere.

Thanks to the special architecture of the KADO KARIM complex, its façade finish and perforated blinds were exclusively developed in Germany exclusively for this project, which is not the case in the rest of the world. In addition, the facade decoration is enhanced with fireproof, temperature fluctuations and moisture.

The complex consists of three functionally related three-storey residential houses - MAISON de KARIM, MAISON de MER, MAISON de PARK, which are performed in the single architectural style, with each of them differing with individual finishing concept;

The project architecture is based on streamlines, rounded shapes, so calm and natural as the surrounding environment. The project was developed by one of the renown architects of Latvia, Andis Silis;

The complex comprises 14 apartments and 7 two-level penthouses of the area of 200-240 m2. Their design provides three-four bedrooms. Apartments may be united. Apartments on the first floor are supplemented with land plots near the house, apartments on the second floor - with balconies. Penthouses on the third floor include spacious roof terraces with their de luxe finishing;

Following the highest quality and comfort requirements, the complex offers crystal-pure water from artesian well, well-developed inner yard, lobby with areas for relaxation and business talks, cigar room, 24h concierge service;

This complex is a pioneer in the implementation of the Smart City concept in the Eastern Europe.

Apartment owners will regulate through their mobile phones all the main functions in their apartments - heating, lighting, security, electric devices, air cleaning, etc. Finishing of interior premises and terraces is based on the highest-quality materials and elite-class technologies;

The complex safety will be enhanced, applying numerous protective measures and devices: closed guarded territory, chip-cards, automated gates, IP cameras, house intercom, alarm system connected to the security company console, armoured roller blinds;

Residential complex KADO KARIM is located in the very centre of Jurmala, Dzintari, just three minutes walk from the sea, Jomas promenade and Dzintari concert hall. A special advantage of KADO KARIM is that its location successfully combines the proximity of the renown resort and at the same time a very quiet, comfortable natural environment. The complex is hidden from the bright and noisy life of the resort in the remotest part of the residential quarter in the close proximity to the well-developed nature and recreation park Dzintari, which is supplemented with playgrounds for children, race and bicycle tracks and walking paths.
