LOCATION
The property is located in the historical center of Riga, in the block between Elizabetes, Brivibas, Dzirnavu and Terbatas streets, in a culturally and historically significant area of mixed residential and commercial perimeter development.
Vermansky Park is adjacent to the beginning of the street. The street gives a complete picture of the architecture of the center of Riga - Art Nouveau with elements of classicism.
Historically, the street had different names: Dorpater Strasse, and for some time it was named after Rosa Luxemburg (philosopher and economist), later the street acquired its former name Terbatas.
