For sale a large family house in Jurmala, in Melluzhi, in a quiet private sector, in the middle between the sea and the river, which are separated by a beautiful pine forest. According to their functions, the buildings are divided into a residential and a rest house, which are connected by a swimming pool (13x3 m, depth 1.5-2 m). The residential building was commissioned in 1997. Outbuildings (rest house) – in 2020. Recreation room with fireplace, sauna, sanitary unit, technical room, swimming pool, recreation room. The rest house also functions as a guest house. The ceiling height is 2.60 m. The sauna is heated with firewood. The house has air conditioning, a heat pump with heating and cooling functions.
On the ground floor of the house all the floors are heated, except for the bedrooms. On the second floor there are radiators and heaters. The garage is provided for 2 cars, there is a storage space. There are remote–controlled gates in the garage and at the entrance to the territory.
Communications: autonomous gas heating (De Dietrich system). The house is connected to the city sewerage and water supply networks.
Security solutions are provided by an alarm system with motion sensors and video surveillance around the perimeter of the house. Internet and TET TV connection has been carried out. At the stage of the project – the connection of the optical Internet.
The house has been well maintained and is in excellent technical condition. The territory is fully landscaped, with a large garden area. The garden is created on the principle of a park – plants are planted around the perimeter so that there is room for a lawn. There is a basketball court in the garden. For watering the lawn and garden, a separate water supply is installed, to which you can connect the irrigation system.
