House in Riga District, Latvia, 180 sq.m

The houses were designed by the Latvian architect Andris Celmalis and comply with the new European heat loss standards.
Bauroc aerated concrete walls (wall thickness - 300 mm) with additional insulation (100 mm) make townhouses exceptionally warm and provide low heating costs.
Each house has its own Buderus 24 kW automatic gas boiler, which allows you to set the most comfortable and economical heating mode. On the first floors there are warm water floors. Unlike a radiator type of heating, a water floor heats the air in the room over the entire area.

The ceiling height is 2.8 meters on the first floor and 3.13 meters on the second. Between the floors there are concrete floors. The windows on the second floor are made to the floor. This gives maximum natural light even on a cloudy day.
Panoramic glazing was chosen for the living room to further increase the space. And the skylight provides additional lighting to the stairs and the corridor of the second floor.

In the village, 2 options for areas to choose from are planned: 150 and 180m2. If you need more space, buy two houses side by side and combine them.

The houses are sold fully finished. Plumbing, furniture, mirrors are installed in the bathrooms. The style of decoration can be chosen from three options: Art Deco, Scandinavian style, minimalism. The design project for each solution is presented below. If you book a house during the construction phase, we will take into account your wishes in terms of decoration and lighting. Also, our designer will help you for free in the selection of kitchen sets.

The area next to the house can be arranged according to your own taste: plant flowers, equip a grill or put comfortable sunbeds. Adjoining terraces, made in the form of a wooden platform, use for summer gatherings - put a sofa, armchairs, a table and invite guests.
Soulful Village has a children's play area with slides. The zone is located in such a way that it is convenient for you to watch the children from the window.
Each house has its own private car park. A power source has been brought out to the parking lot so that charging for electric vehicles can be installed if necessary.
The village is located in a separate fenced area. A set of security measures is provided: automatic gates, a fire alarm and round-the-clock video surveillance of the common area, motion sensors in the house were installed. In the evening, the area is automatically illuminated.
Within walking distance are shopping centers and cafes, a secondary school, a music and art school, preschool educational institutions, a private medical practice, a pharmacy, and sports clubs.
