Villa on the very shore of the Adriatic Sea, 8 km away. from the city of Bar. The edge of the terrace of the first floor is 10 meters from the water and 25 meters from a small pebble beach, to which a convenient descent leads. On the territory of the villa there is a small garden with palm trees, tangerine and lemon trees, as well as kumquat.

The villa consists of 3 floors:

1st floor: a fireplace room with a large open fireplace, decorated with marble and granite, a white-green dining room with an oval glass table, and a large kitchen with an island, fully equipped with appliances. Almost the entire terrace of the first floor is covered from the sun and rain by the canopy of the terrace of the second floor, supported by white columns. A small pool with fresh water right there, between the columns. Underwater illumination creates a unique effect in the evening. On the ground floor there is also a TV room with a video and audio system, a corner sofa, and panoramic windows from floor to ceiling, overlooking the sea and the garden. Nearby there is a guest bathroom with a shower, finished with unpolished granite, with crystal lamps.

2nd floor: there is a master bedroom with a glazed wall and access to a terrace above the sea. This bedroom has a private bathroom, decorated with travertine (a kind of marble). Also from the hall the doors lead to the second bedroom, an office and a bathroom with shower. Everything is furnished with Italian furniture, high-quality and comfortable.

3rd floor: there is a 12-foot snooker pool table. It was brought from Germany by special order and assembled by a master, taking into account all the subtleties of the game. On the side there is a table with a green cloth for card games or solitaire. The huge room is practically a greenhouse under a semicircular roof, with columns trimmed with gray marble. Glass doors lead to an open terrace on the third floor, under the sun and stars. Here you can easily get rid of earthly thoughts, since the sea, and only the sea occupies the viewing space and there is a feeling of flying over this latitude of water. There is also a bedroom of 30 m2 with its own bathroom.

All wooden products are made and brought by order from Spain.

The villa also has a separate apartment with a kitchen, a bathroom and an attic for guests or staff. The apartment has a separate entrance. If there is no need for service personnel or security, then you can combine the whole house into one by attaching an apartment along the plane of the second floor. Then the second floor will consist of three bedrooms, an office, two terraces and three bathrooms.

The whole house is equipped with air conditioning, in the cool season, water heating is turned on, mounted in the floors. There is a basement and Parking. Under the terrace of the first floor there is a large basement with an additional area of about 30 sq.m., where there is equipment for water purification in the pool, a large washing machine (another one in the bathroom of the second floor), racks for cans, hooks for fins and masks, a place for an inflatable boat, scuba gear and ski equipment (to the ski resort Kolasin 2.5 hours by car). The fence of the villa is illuminated by decorative lanterns.
