Location: The complex "YAVORAK" is located in the seaside town of Chan exactly in the middle of the Montenegrin Primorye. This location provides convenient access to the two international airports of Tivat and Podgorica, as well as to the railway station in Sutomore.

The complex is surrounded by ancient stone houses with a 500-year history, there is a spring with excellent drinking water nearby. The territory is terraced, the upper terrace is a house and yard, the lower one is an orange garden. The courtyard offers a magnificent view of the sea, a wide valley and the Veliy Grad mountain.

Beach: The distance to the beach is 1200 m, you can walk along the road or along the green and shady valley along the stream, or you can drive up by city bus one stop.

Chan beach is pebble-sandy, one of the most beautiful in Primorye. Equipped with sun beds and umbrellas. There are many restaurants, cafes, shops with a beach assortment around the beach. Boats constantly ply from Chan beach to the most beautiful beach of Montenegro "Kralichna Plaza", where there is access only from the sea.

Description of the cottage

Cottage "Yavorak" has 2 floors connected by an external staircase. On the 1st floor there is a living room, a kitchen-dining room, a bathroom with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.

On the 2nd floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a washbasin, toilet and bathtub.

From the 2nd floor balcony, a staircase with wrought iron railings leads to the flat roof of the cottage, where there is a terrace with panoramic views of the sea, mountains and a wide green valley.

The cottage is built of natural stone. Thick walls (60 cm) protect from heat in summer and from cold in winter.

The cottage is designed for 5 adults or 4 adults + 2 children and is fully rented.

In the courtyard there is furniture for relaxation, an outdoor swimming pool 9 x 4, a grill, Parking for 1-2 cars, umbrellas and sun loungers.

Living room

The living room is furnished with a set of soft leather furniture and a folding armchair. There is a TV and DVD.

The sofa is laid out for a sleeping place.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with modern kitchen furniture, a dining table, chairs, a refrigerator, an electric stove and a set of necessary kitchen and dining utensils.

Bedrooms

The bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. The entrance to them leads from a common long balcony through a small hallway. There is a bathroom attached to the bedrooms.

In one of the bedrooms there is a double bed, a chiffonier, a chest of drawers, a TV. The other one has two separate beds, a chiffonier and bedside tables.
