Detailed purposes of cadastral parcels were given through the detailed urban plan (DUP) “Kamenari- Ðurici”, which in the meantime was removed from the register of the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism and is not active at the moment. As soon as the plan is activated it will be possible to apply for the construction permit.
