The ground floor consists of a kitchen and dining room, an entrance hall, a bedroom with two single beds and a separate bathroom, a terrace, a garden and the main entrance to the house.
The kitchen and dining room are large and atmospheric traditional stone rooms with polished stone floors and wooden beams, creating the atmosphere of a "tavern" kitchen-dining room. This part of the house is always cool during the warm summer months.
The fully equipped kitchen has solid oak trim and granite countertops.
The original stone mill and granite wheel of the house have been delicately restored to create a central feature of the kitchen and a decorative glass table.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom.
All rooms on the ground floor lead directly to a tiled outdoor terrace and a garden enclosed by traditional stone walls.

The second floor consists of a large and bright living room with windows and glass exterior doors that lead to a spacious terrace partially covered with a traditional roof - with panoramic views of the surrounding area and part of the village. Through the double doors at one end is a second, smaller studio room.

On the upper floor there are two large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, large comfortable beds, ample storage space and tastefully decorated with warm upholstered furniture. The decoration of the bedrooms is done at a high level: high ceilings and wooden floors.
The bedrooms overlook the surrounding green countryside, consisting of typical Mediterranean pine forests and olive groves.

The Mill House is located in Marovici, a small village in the heart of the unspoilt Lustica peninsula of Montenegro.
