Montis Hotel and Residences is located in Kolasin, the busiest ski resort in Montenegro, a popular summer and winter tourist destination. Kolasin is located at an altitude of 954 m on a plateau between two magnificent mountain ranges - Belasitsa and Sinyaevina, just a 15-minute walk from the city center, the plot is perfectly located-in the immediate vicinity of a lush emerald forest with stunning panoramic views that will delight the eye both in summer and winter.

The country's largest investment project is a new highway connecting Kolasin with the capital, Podgorica, completed in 2021 - reducing the travel time between them to less than 30 minutes - will provide excellent transport accessibility from the international airport.

The location of the hotel on the banks of the unique nature reserve of the Tara River and the planned pedestrian crossing will connect Montis Hotel and Residences with the planned cable car station leading to the ski center and lift. The aforementioned crossing will connect the hotel with nearby sports, entertainment, recreational and other facilities on the banks of the Tara River.

Along with Zabljak, Kolasin is one of the two leading areas of winter sports, and currently the infrastructure is actively developing here, which is a priority of the state policy of Montenegro and will ensure the investment attractiveness of today's investments. The existing Kolasina ski area is the first in the country in terms of facilities for winter sports, which served as the basis for the government's policy - increasing the value of the natural resources of this region of Montenegro and developing its infrastructure.

Currently, there are 46 km of ski trails in the Kolasin ski Resort. Expansion plans envisage 125 km of trails by the end of 2021 and a subsequent increase in the ski area in the near future.

Montis Hotel and Residences consists of 238 units, a restaurant, conference rooms, a cinema, a pub, a wellness and spa center, an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a children's club, a ski equipment storage room and a garage. The architectural idea was to create a new standard of modern design that corresponds to the context of the mountainous region.

The hotel will accommodate 400 tourists. The capacity of the conference hall is 50 seats. The 3D cinema has a capacity of 72 seats. Pub for 120 visitors. The tourist complex has a unique design combining modern and traditional trends of architecture and design, with stunning views of the Tara River and the Belasitsa mountain range.

Passport program conditions:
